Picky Club Lifepoints Weekend 2019

A weekend in Bend, accompanied by a small group of like-minded adventurous types, guided to the best trails and eats and good times by locals.

That's Picky Club Lifepoints Weekend, at the most basic level.

But really, it's about so much more.

First, a unique insta-bond that makes the opening happy hour at Picky Headquarters feel more like a reunion than stuffy cocktail party or networking event. Even if the only thing in common is a penchant for the same brand of date-based energy bars.

Then of course there's the never-ending opportunities for recreating around the Central Oregon playground, with guides ranging from professional athlete to professionally obsessed with the outdoors. Mountains and rivers and miles and miles and miles of trails to play on, with plenty of people to share the sweat (and post-sweat snacks!) with. Plus, the beta on that A+ selfie backdrop.

It's cheersing beers after finding out you're fans of the same team, raced the same race, or aspire to tackle the same goals. Ordering nachos and sharing with a table of new friends. Laughing after surviving your first trip through the river rapids, high fiving at the top of a tough climb, adding someone on social media before hugging goodbye and promising to see them again next year.

And those fanny packs...

Picky Club Lifepoints Weekend is our chance to connect with the people who are more supporter than customer, more soon-to-be friend than name on a packing slip. We prep all year to open our arms, HQ's doors, and Lauren and Jesse's home to 30 or so folks - some new, some returning (shout out to 4-for-4 David!) - constantly tweaking and bettering the itinerary to really give the best tour of Bend we can. We love it for many reasons, but we keep doing it for the people who show up and fill every minute with infectious energy and pure adventure, who take us up on our credo to fuel great experiences.
